Redko Labs

International founders

Build across borders.
Start with clear arrangements.

We welcome interest from technical founders and contributors in the United States and elsewhere.

Participation
and employment.

Applying to Labs does not establish employment, visa sponsorship, or work authorization. The format, location, and legal ability to perform the proposed activities must be settled before participation begins.

Remote participation

Tell us your location and time zone. A remote arrangement still needs a workable schedule and compliance with the rules where the work happens.

OPT and STEM OPT

We are not currently advertising an OPT position. A genuine role would need a defined employer, eligible work, supervision, and any required authorization. STEM OPT adds specific employer and training-plan requirements. Speak with your DSO and qualified immigration counsel.

Mentors, judges, and panelists

We can define substantive roles and document completed work. A title, invitation, or certificate alone should not be presented as a guaranteed immigration benefit.

Privacy at the application stage

The application asks for your background, location, and availability. Do not upload passports, visa documents, government identifiers, or sensitive medical information. Eligibility documents, if needed later, would use a separate process.
