Redko Labs, an initiative of Redko LLC · Effective October 13, 2026 · Version 2026-10-13
What we collect and why
We collect your account and contact email, name, phone number, city and country, professional and social links, education, research and work history, areas of interest, availability, referral source, and the idea, team, company, revenue in USD, and usage figures you provide. We use these to operate your account, assess fit, review applications, communicate with you, prevent misuse, and run the program. Citizenship is optional and is used only for participation logistics, not an admissions score. Do not submit passports, government identifiers, medical information, trade secrets, source code, or materials you do not have permission to share.
Review and operational sharing
Redko personnel and selected reviewers, advisers, or mentors may receive information relevant to evaluating your application or supporting the program. Their access should be limited to their role. Service providers may process information to provide authentication, hosting, storage, communication, and security. Google Firebase provides account and application storage; Vercel hosts the website and application API. Operational alerts may contain a limited summary and a link to the private review dashboard. We do not give applicants or sponsors open access to the application database.
Your optional sharing choices
Cofounder matching permission allows relevant potential cofounders to receive your name, professional profiles, interests, and matching preferences. Network permission allows selected investors, partners, or mentors to receive your name, professional profiles, non-confidential project summary, and contact email for relevant opportunities. Public promotion permission allows Redko to publish your name, professional profile links, project name, and non-confidential one-line description on its website, social channels, and program materials. Your phone number, citizenship, reviewer notes, and full application are excluded from all three options. These permissions are separate, unchecked by default, and are not required for admission.
AI-assisted review
If you opt in, an external AI provider may organize your substantive answers into an evidence brief for a human reviewer. Direct contact fields, citizenship, social profile fields, and teammate identities are excluded from the AI request. Automated summaries can be wrong. People make admissions decisions; this feature does not automatically accept or reject applicants. You may choose human-only review.
Ownership and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your intellectual property. Submitting gives Redko a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, and share your submitted materials for the review and program purposes described here, and for optional uses only when you select them. It does not transfer company equity or intellectual property ownership. The application does not create an NDA, fiduciary relationship, or confidentiality agreement. Submit a non-confidential summary rather than protected details. Redko or other participants may already be working on similar ideas; submission does not reserve an idea or prohibit independent work.
Drafts, security and access
Drafts and submitted applications use your authenticated account. A recovery copy may remain in the current browser tab for up to 24 hours; it is cleared on sign-out or successful submission. Closing the tab may remove this recovery copy; browser session restoration may retain it until it expires. Avoid completing the form on a shared device. We restrict database access to the applicant and authorized reviewers. No system can promise absolute security. The privacy notice describes permitted handling; it does not make a public link to your application.
Retention, corrections and deletion
We review inactive drafts and applications for deletion after 12 months unless you request continued consideration or we need to retain records for a legitimate legal, security, or recordkeeping purpose. This is a manual retention process. You can edit a draft and withdraw a submitted application; withdrawal stops active consideration but does not itself erase the record. Contact info@theredko.com for corrections, access, deletion, or to withdraw optional sharing permissions. Withdrawing permission applies to future optional use and does not undo disclosures already made. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies.
Other disclosures and international processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legitimate legal rights or security, or in a business reorganization subject to applicable protections. We do not sell application data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A new materially different use requires an updated notice and any permission required by law.
Contact
For application privacy requests, write to info@theredko.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Do not email identity documents or passwords.
Application terms
By submitting, you confirm that your answers are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide any team details or third-party materials. You agree to the limited review and program use described above and acknowledge this privacy notice.
An application is a request for consideration. It does not create an obligation to admit, invest, employ, provide immigration sponsorship, deliver a particular benefit, or enter a partnership. It creates no equity or fee commitment. Any participation, equity, investment, employment, or service arrangement requires a separate written agreement identifying the actual support and terms. Redko may request clarification, decline an application, or change program plans subject to applicable law and any signed agreement.
Do not use the application to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The general Redko privacy policy also applies; this notice explains the Labs application specifically.
