Engagements & project budgets

Know what you are asking a team to build.

Your project price depends on the workflow, integrations, data readiness, and release requirements. We scope those together and provide a written proposal before work starts.

Choose a useful first engagement.

01

Discovery & architecture

For teams defining an AI opportunity or reviewing a stalled pilot. Agree a workflow map, technical assessment, priorities, and the next build scope.

02

Pilot or product build

For teams ready to implement a bounded workflow or application. Define deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and the dependencies needed to ship.

03

Rollout & ongoing engineering

For teams expanding a proven workflow. Agree a roadmap, maintenance responsibilities, response expectations, and a recurring capacity or support scope.

What changes the price?

Cost driverWhat to clarify
IntegrationsNumber of systems, API quality, identity providers, and environments.
Data readinessDocument quality, permissions, formats, ingestion, deletion, and update frequency.
User experienceInternal tool or customer-facing product, supported devices, accessibility, and languages.
Quality requirementsEvaluation data, acceptance criteria, human review, and the impact of an incorrect result.
Launch & supportDeployment, migration, monitoring, training, and ongoing engineering responsibilities.
Recurring providersModel usage, hosting, storage, search infrastructure, telephony, and third-party licenses.

Bring a budget, even if it is provisional.

The budget bands in our enquiry form describe what you are planning to spend. They are not published Redko rates or a promise that every project fits a band. If the full scope does not fit, we can discuss a smaller first milestone.

Your proposal separates one-time development, recurring support, and estimated third-party costs. Any estimate depends on the information available during scoping.
